How to join r friendsGYM

The cost of r friendsGYM is $28 monthly plus sales tax. There is a one time sign up fee of $30. There is no commitment. You can cancel anytime. You may pay us through automated bank account debit or automated credit card debit each month. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card. You will be asked to sign the following documents when you come in to join:

contract
bank account or credit card automatic debit form
insurance company waiver

Please be prepared to have your picture made for our files. Please wear gym shoes to the join-up session. You will be given an access card that is about the size of a credit card. It is a proximity card and only need come in proximity to the box at the r friendsGYM door in order to unlock the door. It will be activated and effective on the day you join.

Should you decide during the three days following the signing of your contract that you have changed your mind and you do not wish to join the r friendsGYM, please email rfriendsgym@gmail.com that you wish to rescind your contract. Please type the word rescind in the subject box of the email. We will respond to your email and let you know where to turn in your access card. Or mail your access card to 323 29th Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37203. We must receive your access card in order to cancel your membership. You will receive a refund for the initial payment that you made to r friendsGYM.
